After his abusive father runs away, a young boy must find a way to make his mom happy again, while the threat of dad's return lingers.

Directed by Rion Fletcher and Produced by Rachel Wang, this film is what Rion would call "most personal piece thus far" . Work shopped for over 3 months with Richard Lewis, Monster seeks to make you fall in love with the characters and show how hard family and life can be. Rion plays with tropes of the conventional story and twists them to his reality. It's awful, but it's real.
